The LHF Bright Minds Annual Debate and Quiz Competition, Season One, concluded successfully with a remarkable display of knowledge, confidence, and enthusiasm from participating pupils. The event brought together selected primary schools within Ikorodu West North Local Government and its axis, creating a vibrant learning environment focused on academic excellence.

Throughout the program, pupils actively participated in debate and quiz sessions designed to test their understanding, critical thinking, and communication skills. The atmosphere was engaging and competitive, yet supportive, as students confidently answered questions and presented their ideas before a large audience of peers, teachers, and organizers.

At the end of the competition, outstanding performances were recognized and rewarded. The first place winning student received a cash prize of N50,000, while the supporting teacher received N30,000. The second place student was awarded N30,000, with the teacher receiving N20,000. The third place student received N20,000, and the teacher was awarded N10,000. These prizes were presented to celebrate excellence and encourage continued commitment to learning and teaching.

In addition to the cash prizes, all participating pupils received certificates of participation as a mark of recognition for their effort and courage. Educational freebies were also distributed to participants, ensuring that every child left the program motivated and appreciated, regardless of position.

The impact of Season One went beyond prizes. Pupils gained confidence, improved their public speaking skills, and developed a stronger interest in academics. Teachers expressed appreciation for the platform, noting its positive influence on their students’ attitude toward learning.

The success of the program reaffirmed the mission of Lifted Hearts Foundation to promote education and nurture young minds. LHF Bright Minds Season One ended on a high note, leaving lasting memories and setting a strong standard for future editions.
